1. Description of Services

Forge is an SAT and AP test prep platform that observes how you work through questions and surfaces insights to help you improve. We collect your answers, time spent, and other behavioral signals to personalize your study. We offer diagnostic assessments, practice question banks, and personalized coaching feedback. The Services may evolve over time, and we reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility and Minors

You must be at least 13 to use Forge. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed these terms with you. We collect age at signup but do not require parental verification at this time.

By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age, and if you are under 18, that you have reviewed these terms with a parent or guardian.

Score predictions and learning insights generated by our Services are educational estimates intended to support your study planning. They are not guarantees of actual test performance. Actual SAT performance depends on many factors outside our control, including test-day conditions and your own preparation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Vindica Inc., our affiliates, or our respective officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) the equivalent of fifty United States dollars (US$50).

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the parties cannot resolve the dispute within sixty (60) days, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.

Nothing in this section limits any right you may have under applicable consumer protection law to bring a claim in your local jurisdiction.
